Founder - Nicolas LADOUCETTE

A graduate of AgroParisTech, Nicolas LADOUCETTE has 30 years' international professional experience, including 23 years in Europe and 7 years in China. His career began in 1994 in Marketing at Nestlé France, before moving into Management Consulting when he joined CSC Peat Marwick France (DXC Technology).
He then moved to China, where he worked for a consultancy specialising in fashion and textiles, before joining Groupe Amor, a French group specialising in industrial printing.
In 2005, he decided to focus his career on Recruitment with the Adecco Group, as Regional Director for the Executive Search Division in China.
Then in 2007, he moved to London in the UK where he set up the RH Partner London office, then joined the ISF network, one of the largest networks of independant executive search companies, in the Ashley Harvey firm.
He set up his own company, ACTUALISE Search & Selection, in 2009, as the economic crisis intensified.
A scientist, graduated from a top life science university, he has always had a passion for statistics and in particular for actuarial science. It was for this reason that he decided to create an executive search company initially dedicated to the actuarial profession, then to all the technical professions in the insurance industry, before becoming a benchmark in the recruitment of executives and senior managers in the French insurance market.
